Material Studies I Dining Chair
Formed from powder-coated aluminum and solid Western sugar pine, pairing the collection's graphic material structure with the warmth of the natural wood. The slender frame gives the piece a precise, architectural presence, while saturated color and subtle reflectivity allow it to register its surroundings, shifting with changing light and landscape. Durable across climates, the chair moves easily between interior rooms and open-air settings, extending the language of the living space beyond the walls of the home.
The Material Studies I Collection is an exploration of a material’s influence on design and space. In this first chapter, Rugosa has been translated into vibrant powder-coated aluminum.
