General Questions

We carry color cards and sample pots of our color selections in the shop. We will place larger orders through Bauwerk to be shipped to your door. Lead time is usually around 1-2 weeks.

Yes! We are always open to selling furniture off the floor.

We are happy to provide installers for limewash paint and wallpaper purchased through the shop.

We put together a full package for you including pick up + drop off, fabric, and upholstery costs. You just need to share photos and dimensions of the piece you would like reupholstered and choice of Elitis fabric and we will do the rest.

Bauwerk has a ton of great tutorials to walk you through the installation process. Like this one If you would rather have someone else take care of it, we are happy to provide a full service package for you.

It is meant to be used as a resource for both the public and the trade to give a place to touch and see our selection of home renovation materials. We are happy to feature wood flooring from Hudson Flooring Co., Tile from Cle, Wallpaper from Calico and Lemon, Fabric from Elitis, and rugs from Armadillo. It is accessible whenever the shop is open, no need to make an appointment.

Yes and no. Take home samples are available in the shop for only wallpapers and LImewash paint. Other samples can be ordered, but not available to take home immediately.

Yes, our staff is happy to have a chat about what you are looking to accomplish and are available to answer questions on any of the materials furniture and lighting. If you would like more in depth design advice, we reccomend scheduling a consultation.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please follow these steps to determine its eligibility for return and any specific return or exchange instructions.

If an item is eligible for return, you must initiate the return request within 5 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact info@assemblyline.co for approval. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 5 days of purchase. Once you have received confirmation of your return, please send your items back within 5 days to ensure your refund. Once the item is safely received back with our team, your refund (minus any shipping and handling charges) will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it may take longer to see the amount returned to your balance.

We cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges on discounted, special order, samples or custom ordered merchandise. All special orders are final. Floor model accessories, furniture, and lighting are final sale and cannot be returned.

All other items purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of purchase. Items must be pristine, unused, and returned in all of their original packaging, with proof-of-purchase.

In case of exchanges for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned in the form of store credit. 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.

While Assembly Line strives to provide a fair and reasonable return policy, we cannot take responsibility for any vendor specific return guidelines. Any other returns in extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Lead Time Policy

While Assembly Line strives to deliver within the estimated lead time, the delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur. Assembly Line will not accept liability for inaccurate estimations.

Assembly Line cannot take responsibility for any delays in production or delivery that happen as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Shipping & Delivery

Receiving your shipment or delivery at your provided address requires payment in full. It is your responsibility to inspect all items upon arrival and in the case of damage you must notify Assembly Line within 48 hours of delivery. You must photograph the packaging as well as the damage to the item, while retaining all packaging and product for subsequent inspection.

Once goods have left your original delivery address and/or after 48 hours of delivery, Assembly Line will not accept responsibility for damages or claims.

For any inside delivery, you are responsible for ensuring that all goods have free and easy access to their intended destination. This includes adequately sized elevators, stairwells, hallways, and doorways.

International / Air Freight Quotes are subject to change and valid for 7 days. If not approved by client and/or order not ready to ship in that 7 day period, international / air freight costing must be re-quoted.
