The latest iteration of The Residence marks the first collaborative project between Assembly Line and Los Angeles-based design studio Kalon, anchored by an expansive installation of their furniture.

Introducing: Amica
For NYC Design Week 2026, Assembly Line presents Amica, a collaborative lighting collection from Christopher Merchant and Aaron and Irisa Chan-Kawabi.
Amica draws on the designers' shared passion for handmade materials and craft, while bringing together their distinct design sensibilities. The resulting pieces pair Merchant's expressive, hand-built ceramic bases with Kawabi’s voluminous, flowing shades, crafted from Japanese kozo paper.
On view through May 14 - July 16 at Assembly Line Annex, 66 West Broadway, Unit 402. Viewings by appointment.
Fern: Junctions
Junctions, the latest collection of lighting and furniture by Jason Roskey of Fern, is crafted entirely in the Hudson Valley. Working with parchment, fiberglass, metal, and wood, the pieces investigate the interplay of weight and lightness.
