Jaime Lindahl

Jaime Lindahl is a sculptor and textile artist recently relocated from Brooklyn to Rowayton, CT. She’s worked in ceramics for 25 years and began her love for textiles 30 years ago when her mom taught me to sew. She often mix the two mediums creating whimsical sculptures that seem to have been washed up by the sea. More recently she’s fallen in love with weaving, using hand dyed fabrics, yarn, string, beads, wire and found material that abstractly record time and space. She weaves these tapestries using weaving, embroidery, beading and macramé.
