Agate Plume Silk Rug
Agates's undulating color bands evoke the visually rich terrain of northern India, where natural rock formations and man-made quarries expose multi-hued layers of stone and sand. In this version, the effect is heightened by the earthy texture.
Agate is woven from discarded luxury silk sourced from all over India, the cleaned and re-spun. Rugs made with it are ultra-soft, with a subtle luster and a greater visual depth thanks to the varied reclaimed fibers. Each rug takes a single artisan between four weeks to two months to finish.
100% reclaimed Indian silk
Hand-woven in Rajasthan on panja looms
1/4" thick with a medium wight and hand bound edges

As the rugs are woven with reclaimed silk, some colors may vary slightly from what is pitcured
